SERVICES / INVESTMENT
Not a bundle of screens.A system that can run.
TUNG is an independent product and engineering studio working from product decisions and technical architecture through interface design and production delivery. Each proposal reflects the problem, responsibility, uncertainty and finish required by the project.
Core services
Advisory → design → infrastructure → deliveryResponse target: within about two working daysCore services
Keep the decision, foundation and experience connected.
Start with a bounded review or continue from discovery to production. Every engagement names the intended result, what remains outside scope and how the work will be verified.
01 / ADVISORY
Product & technical advisory
Clarify business goals, users, operating flows, the current system and technical constraints before committing to a build.
Best whenBest when the roadmap, architecture or delivery boundary is not yet clear enough to implement.
EngagementA bounded audit, discovery sprint or independent technical blueprint.
- Problem framing and priorities
- User-flow / business-state map
- Current product and architecture review
- Technical options with trade-offs
- A verifiable roadmap and scope
02 / INFRASTRUCTURE
Cloudflare-first infrastructure & platform foundation
Design runtime, data, security, deployment and operations to start lean without removing the ability to change later.
Best whenBest when a product needs a production foundation, integrations or dependable data boundaries.
EngagementPlatform design, milestone implementation or strengthening an existing live system.
- Runtime, data and service boundaries
- Development, test and production environments
- Authentication, permission and security baseline
- CI/CD, logging and incident paths
- Operating-cost model, documentation and handover
03 / WEB DELIVERY
End-to-end website & web-product delivery
From landing pages and company sites to content platforms and web products: strategy, information, visual system, responsive frontend, CMS, integrations and production delivery stay under one coherent responsibility.
Best whenBest when the website must communicate trust and remain operable after handover — not merely fill a template.
EngagementAn end-to-end project with explicit proposal, milestones and acceptance criteria.
- Content strategy and information architecture
- Art direction and design system
- Responsive UI / frontend implementation
- CMS, forms, APIs and third-party integrations
- Performance, accessibility, analytics, deployment and handover
Typical budget conversations
Not fixed packages. Planning bands for the right scale.
These ranges already exist in TUNG's project conversation flow. They are not list prices or a promise to accept every scope. The final proposal fixes deliverables, dependencies, billing currency, tax and payment schedule.
FOCUSED
One clear problem
Up to ≈ $1,900Base planning band: up to 50.000.000 ₫A technical review, product blueprint, validation prototype or controlled single landing-page scope.
Best whenFor starting small, testing a direction or creating enough evidence for the next investment decision.
- Advisory / architecture review
- Focused landing page
- Prototype or technical blueprint
BUILD
Build scopeOne complete system
≈ $1,900 – $7,600Base planning band: 50.000.000 ₫ – 200.000.000 ₫A multi-page website, CMS-backed site, infrastructure foundation or early web product designed, built and moved to production.
Best whenFor one owner across structure, experience, implementation and launch quality.
- End-to-end website
- CMS and integrations
- Infrastructure foundation
PLATFORM
An operating platform
From ≈ $7,600Base planning band: from 200.000.000 ₫A web product with authentication, permissions, data models, multiple workflows, integrations and post-launch operating requirements.
Best whenFor work where data boundaries, evolution and reliability matter as much as the interface.
- Multi-tenant product
- Operational platform
- Phased system delivery
Converted amounts are planning references using rates updated 25 Jul 2026. Scope, billing currency and payment schedule are fixed in the proposal.
Evidence

Price is useful only when responsibility is equally clear.
- 01
Outcome & acceptance
The intended result, review method and acceptance conditions.
- 02
Scope & milestones
Deliverables, dependencies, decision points and what remains outside the project.
- 03
Ownership & handover
IP, repositories, documentation, access and the handover path.
- 04
Commercial boundaries
Currency, tax, third-party costs, payment schedule and post-launch operations.
Process
From the right question to an operable release.
- 01
Define the problem
Clarify the objective, users, current workflow, constraints and success conditions.
- 02
Design the system
Align information architecture, flows, visual direction and data/service boundaries before deep implementation.
- 03
Build & verify
Deliver reviewable increments and test behaviour, responsiveness, performance and accessibility with real content and devices.
- 04
Launch & hand over
Deploy to production, verify routes and monitoring, then transfer documentation and the items that require continued observation.
Scope boundaries
Make the commercial edge visible before changing the system.

Frequently asked
What should be clear before sending a brief.
01Are these fixed prices?+
No. They are planning bands for discussing scale. Content volume, CMS, integrations, permissions, migration and launch requirements can make two similar-looking websites materially different. The formal price lives in the proposal.
02Can I commission only a landing page?+
Yes. When the objective, audience, content and action path are clear, a landing page can be a focused scope. The work still covers information structure, visual direction, responsive implementation and production quality — not simply replacing text in a template.
03Can we start with advisory or a technical review only?+
Yes. Advisory can stand alone. Your internal team can use the output, or it can become the foundation for a later design and development phase with TUNG.
04Which currency do global clients pay in?+
Locale conversions are shown only to compare scale. Contract currency, tax, transfer method and payment milestones are confirmed for the project and contracting party in the proposal.
05When are timeline and payment milestones set?+
Once the primary deliverables, reviewers and external dependencies are sufficiently clear. The proposal then records phases, decision points, acceptance and payment milestones before work starts.
START A CONVERSATION
An unfinished brief can still begin with a real problem.
Share what you want to build, who will use it, where the work is stuck and the rough budget. The first step is identifying a worthwhile boundary and the next decision that needs clarity.
