In this document
1. Acceptance
By using tungjpstore.net, creating an account, submitting a form, placing an order or agreeing a service scope, you accept these terms and linked policies. If you act for an organisation, you confirm you can bind it.
2. Service scope
TUNG operates a portfolio, contact forms, digital shop, customer accounts, payment flows and fulfilment. Products may be licence keys, downloads or manually delivered digital services. The product listing, selected version and stated usage conditions form part of the transaction.
Third-party websites and platforms have their own terms.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to contract and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity through your account, verified email, order access link and devices.
- Do not share passwords, OTPs, login links or licence keys.
- Report unauthorised access or incorrect order data promptly.
- Do not create accounts or orders to evade limits, abuse promotions or harm the service.
4. Orders and pricing
Price, currency, version, inventory and fulfilment are checked again by the backend. Submitting an order is not final acceptance; acceptance occurs after verified payment and confirmation that fulfilment is available. TUNG may cancel for obvious pricing errors, unavailable stock, fraud risk, provider limits or legal requirements.
If a paid order cannot be accepted, the refund policy applies.
5. Payment verification
The shop may use VietQR or a supported payment provider. Use the exact amount and order reference. A transfer screenshot does not replace backend verification, and you should not make a second transfer while an order is confirming.
- Use payment instructions shown on tungjpstore.net only.
- Keep the order number, but never publish the order access link.
- Bank or third-party fees apply only when stated.
6. Digital fulfilment and licence
Unless a listing says otherwise, a purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the delivered item. It does not transfer intellectual-property ownership.
- Do not resell, publicly share, mass copy, bypass access controls or use the product unlawfully.
- Stay within disclosed user, device, duration and region limits.
- Check system requirements and third-party terms before purchase.
7. Third-party services
Some products depend on providers, platforms, APIs or banks that TUNG does not control. Their features, price, region rules or account decisions may change. TUNG cannot grant rights beyond those allowed by the relevant third party.
8. Professional services
For reviews, sprints and builds, the proposal defines outcomes, deliverables, timing, price, payment, ownership and acceptance. The client must provide timely access, decisions and feedback. Out-of-scope changes may affect schedule and cost.
A signed engagement agreement overrides these public terms where they conflict.
9. Acceptable use
Do not attack the service, run unauthorised vulnerability scans, manipulate payments, scrape at scale, evade rate limits, impersonate others, distribute malware or infringe rights. TUNG may restrict access to protect users, systems or comply with law.
10. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund rights are set out in the refund policy. Because digital items may be usable immediately after a key, download or access right is revealed, a change of mind after fulfilment does not automatically create a refund right. Contact TUNG before a chargeback so order and delivery evidence can be reviewed; mandatory rights remain unaffected.
11. Intellectual property
TUNG and its licensors retain rights in the website, brand, content, design, software and pre-existing materials. You retain rights in lawful data you provide. Ownership of service deliverables is defined in the engagement agreement.
12. Warranties and liability
TUNG uses reasonable care and aims to describe current product state accurately, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service or control third-party decisions. To the extent permitted by law, total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the order or engagement giving rise to it. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes and disputes
Terms may change as services or law change. The effective date will be updated. Parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through the contact channel; applicable mandatory consumer and data rights remain in place.
